On the nose its intensity stands out with aromas of blackberry compote black fruit with hints of aromatic herbs such as thyme and sage, wrapped in the tones of spices, roasted and toasted bread, from its aging in French barrels.
On the palate the wine is very powerful, structured and elegant. The ripeness of the black fruit makes its nuances envelop our mouth with compote and baked pastry notes. Finally, the structure of the French oak tannins fixes this wine for us at the end of the mouth, causing a persistence that makes it a souvenir wine.
